anshutz question

I have an Anshutz marked "KK mod Junior" can someone tell me if this is a "64" action

The rifle is in good condition...no sights....what is a fair value?

From the pic, it looks like a 64 to me. They have it at 800, but that seems a bit high to me. Anyway here is a link.

It is an early Mod. 64 action, and half the price might be okay.
