Anyone have a link on dating older Anschutz 22's? I know the logos changed frequently over the years after they moved to the Ulm facility. Somewhere on the web, I saw an illustration of the different "Annie" logos, and the years they used them. Can anyone direct me to that illustration? or any other good info on dating them? Some had proof dates & some did not.
Thanks,
Greg

How old an Anschutz do you mean?
Dating an Anschutz 54 isn't too difficult. The date has been included in the rpoof marks since the early 1960s, the earliest I've seen is 1961. This is made harder if it's been rebarreled, but not impossible as the serial numbers are sequential and so can be compared to known examples.
Pre-war models would be rather more difficult I imagine.
