Been there.......
Have had severe schiatic trouble, long history of shoulder problems etc.
A few years ago I had a short period when walking on two legs seemed a remote thing. Regular chiro customer now.........
Normal doctors and pills are not very helpful with back troubles.

But it works; 1 hour of heavy exercise once a week for a year , plus good basic upper body strength from an active early life. got me going.
Shooting AP is no big deal,
There's a wide range of style options to suit different backs and shoulders. A friend shoots mostly lefthanded after shoulder injury.
A very light gun is another solution.
