I just orderd a copy, but I dont know what I can look forward too, whats the size of this book? I´m so anxious, since it seems so well spoken of!

It's a typical library size hard back book.

It's worth the money no matter what you paid. I can't believe what some are asking for it.

I bought a copy for £7.50 (about $10) from www.thriftbooks.com. cheap copies are out there...

Just got my copy in the post - second hand of course. Came sealed in a plastic bag with genuine American air at no extra charge :)
