Ishoot Consulting.....what is going on???
Does anyone know what's going on with these folks? I did a zoom, MTM with her about 5 months ago for a Capapie Jacket. I am sure she was busy with the Olympics, but so far no response to phone messages, no response to emails. Nothing. Contacted Capapie in India. Gave them the specifics and they say ...

Smallbore & Long/midrange shooting near San Antonio
Just curious and doing some research for a possible move. Would look to live rural outside San Antonio and checking on possible competition options.

Re: 54.30 or KK 500 ???
I am pretty lucky. I have both. I use either or in a G&E XRS stock. Both shot well, I have aftermarket barrels on both. So I can really only give input on the action. I like the Walther better. The bolt is closer to me, the bolt throw is shorter, (and for a short guy those help with loading move...

Re: Problem with LIGHTing on Scatt Basic
I also found that I needed light onto the target. I have the printed paper target taped to a piece of cardboard. I lean that against the wall then have a shop light I got somewhere pointed at that. The other part of my solution, which required a call to SCATT, was I had the target underneath a windo...

Re: Death of a great shooter
Difficult day for sure. For those of us from the Phoenix Metro area we will certainly feel the lose. Ernie was always around to do what he could to help at out matches, coaching, picking up targets, scoring targets and just some friendly conversation. After a afternoon of coaching, Ernie and I hit i...

Had the same problems as above with an early MEC.....got rid of it.
Have had the ATL for a number of years both SB and HP. Now us just for HP. Use a Sauer now for SB.

Re: Tec-hro Fanatic experience?
Hello, I own one of these stocks and shot it last season. Short answer .....good stock. Best out there...no. Good Stock...yes. Longer answer. I have had no issues with it. Good fit and finish. Put a 54.30 action in it....no issues. The folks stripping screws may need to remember it is a 22lr, how mu...

Re: 300m Free rifle
I built mine with a Stiller (single shot) action and bedded it into an Anschutz 1913 stock. Its a 6BRX........we shoot 300 m here in Phoenix once in a while and it is a great 1000 yard gun.

I use a Weaver 24. Had the 1/8 dot replaced with a 3/8...........for me it made the bit of pulse look smaller.

Re: Anschutz cheek piece Question
Look at older 2013 schematic.
#69 on drawing.........part number 4812-15. That is the plate you are asking about. You would have to inlay it into your style cheek piece.

Re: Buy a tuner or not?
Thanks for the feedback. Did it take long to 'tune'? Guessing I was done in less than 1 hour. I shot 5 shot groups and then had a buddy turn the tuner ring 1 turn and fired again, so I didn't have to get out of position. I also never tuned finer than whole revolutions. So I still have some room for ...
