The gun is currently at Clark for a trigger job. I gave them the go ahead on replacing the rear sight...so that's pretty much a done deal. But, I like your idea of adjusting the front sight if it's not how I like it.

The gun is at Clark Custom Guns for a trigger job. I have not taken delivery of it. My understanding is that the stock Ruger rear sights are not that great and have wide notches. I wanted to set it up right from the start.

Thank you very much. I think the difference is so small I'm splitting hairs. I'm comparing a Clark rear sight to a Volk rear sight. They are both made by Kensight...and either one should be fine.
