Hello Mark. I'm no expert, but I believe the only quality target air pistols in your price range are the Baikal IZH-46m or the lower quality Avanti 747.

What conditions (to avoid) would allow a .177 match pellet to ricochet back to the 10m shooting line?

I understand that the minimum trigger pull for 10m air pistol is 500 grams. Is there no correlating rule for 10m air rifle? In what weight range do most 10m air rifle shooters set their trigger?
