Training...
O.k. Steve, Here goes, seeing that I consider myself to be the consumate student of others that have been there, I will give you some details and get your input... I am just recently 29 years old. I have been shooting BE for right at 1.5 years. I have been to nationals already once and am going this...

Rika...
I also have a range on my property. But have often wondered about the RIKA. What is it, how much is it, does it really work for BE type shooting or just for air.
Thanks

Live Fire...
Steve, here I have to disagree with you. I think live fire is very good. Now, I am not a know it all, however I have watched some of the most elite in shooting this past year, the USMC and the USAMU. They shoot every day for many hours and manage to turn beginning shooters into Master or HM shooters...

Interesting thoughts...
All of this is very interesting to me indeed. I have to agree with Bill in that the majority of Americans are so caught up in with the idea that they can own guns that they never "Master a gun". Shoot I have been there myself. I only started shooting pistol about a year and a half ago with...

New LP10
Hello again all! Well, I did it. I met with Scott tonight, very nice guy, and got the LP10. It was a very hard choice between the LP10 and the Morini EI. The trigger on the Morini was absolutly incredible. I loved it. However, the LP10 has much more adjustability. I do not know how much this will ma...

Steyr LP10 Owners...
Does anyone in the Atlanta GA area own an LP10 that I could look at to help me make up my mind about what to buy as Scott is going to be out of them for a couple of more weeks. I have looked at the Hammerli AP40, shot it today, and am hopefully looking at the Morini this week also. If you do please ...

Pardon me for asking because it has probably already been mentioned somewhere, but what are the dates for the nationals?

High end options...
Well, first of all thank you all for the opinions and suggestions. I am going this week to shoot a friends Hammerli AP40, although I have about made up my mind this is not the one for me. I still am going to look at one to finalize the decision. However, the more people I talk to the more people kee...

Snipping??? I don't think so! I was actually laughing as I wrote it. I find it humorus is all. And I appologize for any hurt feelings. I am just trying to make a good decision the first time. I guess I am going to have to go to Pilkguns when he gets back in town next week and feel of some guns in hi...

Hello you two knot heads...you are not helping me at all here with your bantering back and forth about who knows what. Are you two a couple of 14 year olds or are you gentlemen that enjoy a gentlemans sport? Just curious, because although I have been shooting guns for about 20 years, I have been sho...

When I talked to Larry Carter yesterday he said that if he were buying a new one he would by the Hammerli AP40 hands down. He did not mention the Benelli or the Pardini. Are they guns of lesser quality or why do you think? I will be in contact with him when he gets back from the SHOT Show next week....

High End AP Options???
Hello All, Now I am looking at some different options. I have searched the archives and most of what i find is old. What are the differences between the Hammerli AP40 and the Steyr LP10? I see a lot on here about the LP10 but not much on the AP40. I did talk to Larry Carter and he speaks highly abou...

Hello All...
I am new to this forum and was wanting some info about the hammerli 480. A friend of mine has one basically new in the box that I have decided to get from him as soon as I can get to where he lives. What do you all think of this pistol as a training aid for Conventional pistol and just for improving...
