Re: Thumbhole or Pistol Grip Smallbore Rifle Stock advice pl

Advantage of pistol grip is that you can tune for your hand. You can custom fit for trigger reach, wrist angle, grip cant. Made a difference for me over the thumbhole.

Re: Question on sight riser blocks

You might want to try the new TEC-HRO "Rapid Sight Blocks" adjustable risers. Mckeena Shooting Sports, Creedmoor Sports have them for $200. Makes sight height adjustment easy between positions and you don't need another set of sights.

Hi there, Depending on the lighting conditions the colored filters will help sharpen the contrast of the target.

How to develop a sub 6 hold?

I would appreciate any advice on what is the best way to develop a sub 6 hold? I have heard to use a little sliver of white between the front sight and bull but find that is hard to judge or to let your hold settle in and have a large amount of white to the bull. Thanks for any advice.
