I shoot Walther kk200 since 1998.it's the best gun I ever had. I had a Border barrel on it which shot almost 300000 rounds before I have replaced it with another Border few month ago. I recommend to Walther shooters to use only the 2 front bedding screws and leave the back one out. The back screw h...

Yes it's on the contrary to what our goverment suggest that you should eat and that is making me a little upset because what they suggest isn't supported by any scientific studies. If you decide to test it read alot first so you know what will happen when you adapts to fat as fuel otherwise you can ...

Well I don't know about you but here in Sweden we haven't been eating alot of carbs before say 1950-1960 and you get all the vitamins you need from meat and some broccoli, paprika and such. But if you don't believe it don't use it. If you should try it for let's say 6 months then I can almost guaran...

There is those who lowered the cholesterol without loosing weight, but as you wrote there is nothing that say that a lower cholesterol is any good. The mix of HDL and LDL seems more important. I've not read traninglara.se. I don't thing AE blog is one sided, there is studies there that was started t...

Another thing that is interesting is if you are suffering from excess weight you will loose it and when you reach your "normal" weight then the weight loss stops. It's just fat that will go away all muscles remains. I have never had excess weight and I just lost 0,5kg when I changed my die...

That the cholesterol level should rise with LCHF is wrong. I know three people that bettered their cholesterol and blood pressure with LCHF. If you have diabetes type 2 then there is a good chance you can skip the medication. Here in Sweden even some of the doctors have seen the thruth, one have thi...

@AusTarget On a LCHF diet you eat alot of meat, real butter, fish and of course avocado is good. There is no problem with the training after you adapted to fat as fuel for the body. I can train in the gym and not eat for 4 hours without feeling that I have low energy levels. I think it's a real good...

I like my diet that I had for 1,5 years now and that is Low Carb High Fat. It gives constant blood sugar levels and no need for eating anything during competition. Even a whole 3x40 match is done without anything besides water. And if you are suffering from having excess weight it will disappear to....

It sounds like the same problem I had when I switched rifle. The solution for me was to have my elbow closer to my body which gave me a higher and more comfortable position. What I mean is that I didn't extend my left arm as long forward as I did before. I'm a right hand shooter. Hope you understand...
