damaged follower
I also had a problem with my .32 GSP not ejecting the last round in the magazine. It turned out that the follower was slightly burred and was scoring the last round and the underside of the bolt. I honed the from edge of the follower just enough to remove the burr and round the front edge slightly. ...

Walther FP Manual and parts
I own a Walther FP and am extremely happy with it. It's definately a piece of fine engineering. I was advised not to store a battery in it and only put one in when I shoot it. Last shoot I only had one miss fire out of about 70 shots. Does anyone have any spare parts, manual, etc. for this gun. Has ...

Just a note on adjusting your sights and not having enough adjustment. Walther GSP's generally come with 2 front sights which are different height specifically for this reason. You may need to get a different front sight! I am an ISSF shooter and find the GSP to be a precision instrument which can b...

Rink grips
Bought my Rink grip direct from Rink in Germany. Saved $100 from using dealer in Australia and delivery was 3 weeks. They even sent a tracking site and number so I could follow where it was. http://www.formgriffe.de/index.php?&c=e Make sure you utilise the hand drawing service to make sure you g...

I've had an LP10 for about 8 months. Just put a Rink grip on it last week and it's a different pistol all together. Sits in the hand perfectly, comes up straight on target and shoots tens like there's no tomorrow (Groups really nice anyway!) Agree you need to try both Styer and Marini to see what su...

Walther GSP recoil - Barrel weight tested!
Have put 40g barrel weight on my GSP from OSP and fitted a new Rink grip. CCI target ammo recoil has been reduced drastically so as far as I am concerned problem solved. Gun is still legal for competition so Nationals here we come.

Thanks Alex L. I have managed to purchase a 40G barrel weight off the Walther OSP and yes it has made the gun heavier. I am going to try it out this weekend. Agree low velocity ammo sometimes causes malfunctions. When I used Winchester P22 2 malfunctions cost me the 1st place in one of our competiti...

Walther GSP recoil
Used to use Winchester P22 .22LR ammo years ago in my 1986 Walther GSP and found the ammo to be very low velocity meaning the pistol was ideal to shoot Standard pistol event. Can't get P22 anymore and find other ammo to be atleast 100 FPS faster but the recovery rate to point of aim takes a lot long...
