Re: Spotting Scope
I need/want to buy a spotting scope for general range shooting, and I'm thinking about giving bullseye a serious go. What style of scope should I get? (Straight eyepiece?) Any good choices that aren't too expensive? Thanks, QD An angled eyepiece seems to work better than the straight style for shoo...

Re: Grip carving
.... the grip it too large for my hands.... Do they still make the stick-on apertures for conventional glasses?... Do not mess with the grip until you have shot the AP enough to clearly define 'pain' points. Then, just spot grind. One adjustment will usually lead to another until you acquire a comf...

Re: Cleaning Pardini SP trigger group
I've noticed the trigger pull on my Pardini SP (an older model) has gotten a little heavier. Before you start tweaking the trigger settings, remove the grips and bolt and then flush out the guts with Tri-Flow. Be generous and hose it down. Then, blow out the excess T-F with compressed air. That wil...

... My Pardini SP expereinced some issues with CCI SV but was totally relaible with Wolf MT, SKJagd or RWS Target... From what I've seen, it's the CCI SV's bullet diameter that causes feed and misfire problems with some Pardini SPs. The slide won't fully seat the bullet into the rifling, so the fir...

I got curious and tried CCI SV. The CCI round is visibly longer than other cartridges which function normally, but my mags held it okay. I did have a few misfires with the SV which were caused by the round not fully seating into the chamber. I suspect the length of the bullet may have less to do wit...

custom machining... Lou Lombardi
Has anyone stepped in to fill the void left by Lou Lombardi at Falcon Machine? He was a master at cloning and modifying parts, and turning an adequate .22 match pistol into an exceptional one.

Re: is there a break muzzle for Toz-35?
I'm curious how a 50-meter pistol would benefit from a muzzle brake? The bullet is long gone before the lift, and there is no need for second-shot stability.robertoherrera wrote:I am a owner of a free pistol Toz-35... was wondering if there are break muzzle for it...

I was thinking of using a wood piece in the middle of the material I will cast the grip on latex/epoxy wood/... , use latex gloves and then squeeze the material against the wood stick. The idea of the wood core was so that later I could saw it in half for fitting to the guns. The casting rubber com...
