Richard, I am abbreviating them, this is how most people type when they are chatting to save time. So "u" means "you" and "ur" means "your" and "r" means "are" and "btw" means "by the way".

Adjusting Canting arms vs. Grip adjustment

Is it better to work on adjusting the canting in arms (when arm is tilted right or left) or to adjust the grip accordingly? I used to adjust the grip and it was ok, but now my new coach needs me to train while focusing on adjusting my elbow and wrest. What do u think?

Ball bearing

Ur comments here r very helpful, thanks for the feedback. A short primitive question which could be due to language difference, what is the ball bearing, is it the adjustable trigger that comes with the LP 10?
