I've had the same problem in the past. Completely reliable Pardini SP then similiar problems. Cleaned everything including mags, tried different ammos, then bought new mags. Turned out to be a broken firing pin. Fracture was at the "retaining notch" of the firing pin. Gun still functioned,...
