I am a fairly new shooter at the young age of 50...The bigges problem I have seems to be that I run out of breath half-way through a match. Tube vs. Tuner
As a newbie, I was lookinf for some clarification on the difference between the two. Can you have one and not the other? For someone new, is there a preferred length? What exactly does the tuner do?
