AW93 fiering pin is thick and very durable, impossible to break imho. I have no idea what about other parts that can break due to dry fiering. (Steve) But a friend in my club have done lots of dry fiering with his AW93 without any problems.

For your info, my Pardini SP1 electronic works perfectly fine. I have owned it for about 4 months. So I guess Pardini have have worked out the bugs by now. Thanks guys for all the input! I'll do some reverse engineering and check my Laupa factory ammunition for bullet and brass diameter, powder weight and compare it to my own reloads. I just need to borrow a bullet puller/hammer... I'll keep you all updated.

Just some additional info. I have not clamped my gun into a wice - it's normal one hand shooting at 25 meters (~27 yards). Next step is of course to clamp my gun into a wice to see if the "jawing" means anything other than non round holes. I'm not so sure about twist rate in barrel beeing ...

Lapua/Norma factory ammunition has very little crimp - I try to do the same. I have tried taper and roll crimp different amounts, can not see any real difference with the holes at the target...

Yes, the hole can be way out from the ten ring visually, but still count as a ten when using a guage. Been there done that - many times. This is valid also for .22 shooting, but not as much as with .32.

As I said before, it is the centre of the hole that counts.
