Re: What kind of Air Pistol?

Gwhite - yep, that is next on my list - a trip to Neal's - only about 30 min from him and unfortunately he has taken a ton of my money over the past 30 years - HA. I guess he will get more soon......

What kind of Air Pistol?

Hello, I have been a small bore and air rifle shooter for over 32 years (high school / college / coach a high school team now) and want to start shooting air pistol (less gear and easier on the body – ha). I have shot some with a borrowed pistol (FWB) but want to get more serious. Looking for advice...

New Range Help

The high school that I coach at is undergoing a complete rebuild to include our MCJROTC air rifle range. Looking to get your options and recommendations regarding dimensions for lane width, depth behind the line…etc. I have a rough idea, but looking to get some ideas from folks that have gone throug...

FWB

Andrew – my daughter (13 YOA) has had hers for over two years – the FWB 700 Evolution Top – and loves it. It has shot good enough to get her to the JOs two years in a row and medal last year in J3’s. We originally got it because of the weight – or lack of. Also, since it is a TOP it has the adjustab...

BeeSting

I ordered a BeeSting - works great on my KK200. Just make sure you get an accurate barrel diameter measurement - it is an exact fit.

ANS Match 64 Trigger Help

I have a match 64 with the original single stage trigger. Looking for advice on reducing the trigger weight. I think you can replace the spring. Any other options – replace with an ANS two-stage trigger?

Anschutz 64 Bolt help

My son broke the bolt on his ANS 64 during a match recently. Has anyone had this issue and can a gunsmith fix it? If so any recommendations? If not any one have an extra bolt they want to part with?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Prone sight adjustmnet.

Currently we have been shooting 3P at 50 feet. Going to shoot a prone match at 50 yards and 100 yards.

Question how many "clicks" up on a ANS sight to transition from 50 feet to 50 yards to get me in the black. Same question to transition from 50 yards to 100 yards?

Thanks.

Paraplegic Shooting Help

I have a friend of mine that is a paraplegic and is in a wheelchair. He has mobility from his waist up. He is interested in shooting in small bore rifle and air rifle competitions. I was thinking of prone shooting? Does anybody have any suggestions or POCs that can point us in the right direction.

RECROWN the barrel?

I have a 1413 that was made in the late 60's that I shot in high school and in college, now it is 20 years later and I’m getting back into shooting. Does anyone have any advice on re-crowing the barrel?

Barrel Extension?

I recently returned to small bore shooting after a 20 plus year hiatus. I have shot in a 4 P match and prone match in the past month. I have notice that the best shooters are using barrel extensions now. After doing some doing research I understand the concept as to why folks have migrated to this “...
