duel

I had those problems too when I started around a year ago. Later I learned that I was much better with the .32 (my coach handloaded my bullets, they grouped in the inner ten ring). The initial problem I had was fear (the bigger bang!), poor follow through, and obviously my wrist couldn take the .32....

Had the same problem on mine! Nobody has mentioned WD40 yet... (or I didnt read throughly) WD40, leave it for 5 min. And then try the cumulative torque technique. You have to make sure that the screwdriver you use, or the bit on it, fits EXACTLY the slot on the screw. (A big handle on the screwdrive...

3m scaled AP target

Hi guys, Got a question concerning home training. I shoot 10m AP.... So, I got these scaled targets from Rink. Those are targets for 3m, for home practice. My question is, if I'm 5.7 or 172cm, At which height should I place the target, so I can still have the same hold and train my muscle memory??? ...

Hi guys,

I still kinda not getting the point. Where do actually aim? At the six above the seven, or actually around "one" on top of the target?

How do you get your center reference ( I mean, you dont get actually get to see the black (7 through 10)

Regards!

Hi Trinity,

I guess you are right. Im trying too hard to get a ten. I probably see the sights more steady and force the shot, causing trigger jerk.

Oh well, I might just relax and enjoy shooting :)

Hi Isabell1130, I started to shoot more tens (as im trying to use Lanny´s Bassham Mental Management system), but I started to have problems with trigger control though. Today I had 10 shot strings like 5 tens, 3 nines and TWO SEVENS! Same deal in duel. In a five shot string I would have, 3 tens and ...

Sudden score drop

Hi all! I started shooting 7 months ago and until last month I was shooting 550s (sport pistol - centerfire). I decided to increase my training in order to improve my score. 3 days gym/3 days shooting. Sunday off. For stability improvement (consequently score), I started doing more physical training...

nice spotting scope

Hi all,

Im going after a good spotting scope, the one I have is a plastic POS type (CANNON, with double N lololol), which I really want to just throw away.

I only shoot ISSF pistol disciplines at 25 yards.

Any advice?

Thanks!

FWB AW93

Hi guys, Im new to the forum, but had reading posts for a while now... Im a happy GSP owner (an old one, made in 1980.) I was looking for a little change though. I practice sport, standard, and want to get into RF later. What about a FWB AW93... Any opinions? Experiences? The only thing I know that ...
