looks like no one wants to answer. Yes 24X or 25X power is very good and hard to go wrong. Easy with no hunting for the target. Have lots of quality optical options in this range too. The more power you go just magnifies the movement and can be intimidating and well must make you try to force it sti...

I'd try several different lots of ammo before I'd discount the barrel. Get on a bench and take out some of the human factor. See what happens then.

I cut my teeth in rimfire benchrest .22 competition. Looks like the argument is getting wrapped around the wrong axil. They are two different games! The equipment used is each game are both top notch! Benchrest stocks are of course designed to ride a rest or bag and hopefully recoil the same way eac...

Get a better padded mat, work on a better elbow position, Better hand position, Better glove, more practice and you'll get somewhat use to it. Problem is the nerve in the elbow. Affects some folks worse than others. Maybe those of us it bothers most can find a good doctor to remove it. I believe NRA...

Other stocks to consider which comes to fit... I got lucky and found a G$E stock used. I just know the G$E stocks have a g...

It really does not matter what it looks like as long as it still shoots. I do all my testing off a bench and at 100yds with a scope. Of course we have a certain overall group size we look for. Mine is a minimum of 15X's at 100 and well within the 10ring. A local friend and old timer and olympian fro...

I'm guessing the Phoenix has a lot of elevation. More so than an Anschutz sight. My guess is you likely will not need it.

Set for different lots of ammo. Usually the setting is different. Find a good lot and buy a bunch of it. You can waist a lot of ammo tuning all the time so buy enough that it justifies leaving it there for a while. Leave set for different distances. I've tested tuning at 50 and 100yds and get the sa...

I cant tell much about the LOP from the pics. Except that it looks like it pushes the left shoulder back some. Looks like you might have it as short as it goes??? If that is the case you can shorten the handstop a little and get a little more behind it. As Albert said. These changes made all have gr...

You might get lots of try this and that, but this is not a simple solution unless we know a little more.... And the solution is going to be how it feels to you, and the consistency of it getting back into the same natural spot every time. Where your cheek likes to be in relation to getting the eyes ...

Got to be kidding me! I saw there was a diagnostic program on the scatt site. I downloaded it, and it saw it told me to enter sensor key. I did that and now it works fine. Thing is I entered the keys the first time and they were accepted, or so I thought. It never gave me any feedback that I fat fin...
