I don't know anything about the Racer. Just that it's new and looks complicated, and that its expensive and that sellers are making a lot of noise about it. If it were me I'd look into the Bleiker too. Both worth considering since the loading port is closer. That is an issue for me. I love the G&...

shooting gear range bag???
Just wondering what how most people transport their gear. I have a small buffle that my scope, ammo box, glasses case, towel, glove, shooting sweater fits in well. No room for anything else. I have always transported my shooting coat on a hanger or off the hanger and tossed in my back seat. I kind o...

Scatt, Noptel, Curt, Rika????
I've browsed through the threads, but have not found much info about the differences, price differences. Wondering if anyone out there has had experience with each of them and which would be worth pursuing? Might have access to an old Curt trainer, but have had a hard time finding out much about the...

What torque setting do you find shoots best. Mine always seemed to like what Anschutz recommended 5-6Nm. I'm not so sure they need changing all that often. If you have the action in and out often...maybe as the rubber surface will come off the aluminum. All it does is provide minimal damping and cre...

They will mar the finish, but does it matter? They do make a different kind that are clamped by the pressure of the sight when tightened. You can spend another $60 for those if you don't want to mar the blue. kind of hard to find as most here in the states don't carry them or they are out of stock. ...

I just got finished re-bedding with automotive gasket material. Slightly thicker and more dense then the foam that was in it. I put double sided golf grip glue tape to hold it in. Worked perfect. I'll start light on the torque settings and see how it does. If it doesn't work I can always buy new Ans...

I have an Anschutz aluminum stock and it is bedded and has been for years, with no problems. It shoots great. I use 3 inch-pounds to torque, though it probably doesn't even need that much. Don't need to check the torque much at all, either. The foam padding was removed first, of course, before bedd...

Wolf ME???
I've heard from several friends now that Wolf is no longer going to be marketed. I'm bummed as I have had so many great lots of Wolf ME. The SK standard plus has been good, but the rifle match has not. So much for good inexpensive ammo.... Anyone else here know what's going on???? Thanks, tenring

Lanny Bassham sells a very nice one. He might give you a good deal on several and for juniors??? They are $20 each at normal price. Not cheap. Very nice leather bound. Goes with what he teaches in his seminars.
