When I got my LP10 I took the grips off and put the frame in a vice between two pieces of plywood and tightened it down so there was no movement. I shot 10 shot groups with RWS R10 8.2, Miesterkugln 7.0, Hobbys and Basics. When I switched between pellets is fired 5 shot groups first just in case it ...

AP is definately not impossible! It can be very difficult depending on what your skill level and goals are. But can also be very rewarding when things are going right. Its doubtful you will ever feel that you have mastered AP and and therefor you will always have room for improvement and new goals t...

I just hope that at least Brian Zins shoots the elimination target the way a pistol should be shot. With ONE hand! After all they are called hand guns not hands guns. Scott

I thought I saw that there was going to be an episode just about who the competitors are going to be this season coming on before the actual season starts but I couldn't find it. I just saw a brief moment about the show and could be wrong though. Anybody know anything about such a thing? Scott

headphones?

I don't have a bullseye rule book so I thought I would ask this question here. I was asked by a fellow shooter if listening to an mp3 player with head phones while shootin was legal or not? Without knowing the rule regarding this it would seem that one could have instructional recordings and it coul...

standard pistol ?'s

Finally got my parts for my SSP to change it to left hand Friday just in time for our standard pistol match Saturday, shot a 543. I had shot my S&W 41 the previous two matches and scored 536,537. Even shot my SSP right handed last month because I couldn't stand having a new gun and not shooting ...

converting SSP to left hand

Got my SSP about a month ago and just received my left hand Rink grip today. Took the existing right hand grip off and wanted to put the left grip on but You cant switch the mag release to the other side. It seems like you would need different release parts for it to work on the right side. Anybody ...

The guys I shoot silhouettes with put rubber gromets from the hardware store in the blupe tube. They space them an inch from the end of muzzle and then every inch after that and they are very quiet. I shot next to a guy with an Air Force Edge that did that and the only thing you could hear was the t...

Keith, If you can take back those reading glasses try getting several at different strengths. Such as +.50, +.75, +1, +1.25 depending on your vision you may need to go to higher numbers. Start with the lower numbers and work up. As you work higher you will see your focus length coming closer. You wi...

So I got my new SSP today! All I can say is WOW! If this thing shoots as good as it feels and looks I am in for a treat. Played with it a little tonight just getting a feel for things but wasn't planning on shooting it. First thing I did was take the plastic trigger out and replace it with the metal...

Now I am back to my original desire the SSP. The only thing that concerns me is service here in the US. The SSP is about $300 cheaper at Champions Choice than ISS but I don't know how much CC would help if I had a problem and Neil told me that if I had an issue with the SSP the first thing I should ...

Now I seem to be leaning towards the Pardini. I don't think I have heard anyone that didn't like the one they have. As far as grip angle goes either would be fine with me. I shoot my LP10 and am comfortable with it but I am also comfortable with my 1911's and S&W 41 which have the more verticle ...

Walther SSP should I or should I not

Looking to get a pistol for International Standard Pistol. Been looking at the Walthers. I know the GSP Expert is well known to be an excellent pistol and reliable but I was thinking if I was gonna spend that kind of money I would go with the latest technology like the SSP. But with the SSP am I inv...

OK so I got a digital scale that reads in grams and after some filling and sipping of water from a bottle I found that my trigger was set as described from my original post at 487 grams. I fiddled around with the settings and now have the second stage weight back out to its stop? or what feels like ...

lp10 trigger adjustment

When I checked my trigger from the factory the weight was something like 518 grams. After shooting it for about 6 months now I wanted to try increasing the weight of the first stage. I turned the pull weight screw in 1 1/2 turns and the second stage weight out 1 1/2 turns. It seems like the overall ...

I have had my LP-10 for about 5 months now and have probably shot around 2500 pellets through it. With what kind of lube and how do you guys lube the seals on this wonderful piece of equipment?
