Fiocchi SM 320 - Kesselring's
Rob: Yes, Kesselring's is located about 60 miles north of Seattle. If you're in Seattle, it's worth a visit. I don't know the circumstances, but a few years ago they had a large quantity of Fiocchi 320SM at a good price. I've haven't seen any there for a few years. I think Champions Choice has Fiocc...

Re: Fiocchi Super Match
I found a lot of Fiocchi SM 320 at our club that shoots very well in a Walther GX-1 I have. To test smallbore ammo I shoot 20 shot groups prone with a scope at 100 yards. My test group with the Fiocchi SM 320 was 1" center to center for 19 shots with a vertical flyer (me) opening the group up t...

M1913 Gunsmith
JJ: I would have Gene Davis do the work. Rifles he has smithed do very well in the BR-50 game and he did some very nice work on a Remington 40x for me that I use for smallbore prone. Gene may recommend pillar bedding the action. His e-mail address is: gdavis10@columbus.rr.com Everything I've read on...

Opinions and Experience with Walther KKM
To the Membership: I have an opportunity to buy a Walther KKM in nice condition. It is the free rifle (import from Germany) and looks like a GX-1. I plan mostly to shoot prone. Other than being an orphan rifle, is there any experience, good or bad, that the Target Talkers can relate? Thanks Alan Carey

Anschutz Prone Stocks
As is indicated here, later model M1411, M1611, M1811, and M1911 stocks are functionally similar. Later model M1411 stocks (early to mid 1970's) have an adjustable cheekpiece and stippling on the pistol grip. They also have a large cutout on the left side of the stock above the pistol grip for the b...

FWB Model 2000
Eric: Well Eric that is quite a find and I'm envious. The FWB Model 2000 was introduced in 1979 and imported into the US by Beeman's. It was superceded in 1986 by the FWB 2600 in 1986 or so but probably still imported afterward. The stock and layout of the rifle probably correspond to one of the FWB...
