Hi, No Problem. Yes, the walls on my FWB 100 are not polished smooth. I suspect the non smooth finish retains some of the grease and this along with the piston seal is what allows it to retain the good seal over thousands of operations. Now you have cleaned and lubed it it will probably feel better ...

Hi, Yes the link to my strip down guide is here. http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread.php?484521-Inside-the-Feinwerkbau-Model-65 The small plastic pip below the breech seal is responsible for resetting the trigger safety interlock. Hi, We have one as a club pistol. Great grip, balance, trigger and ergonomics. But the build quality of the cylinder attachment thread is appalling. The threads have worn away after only a few months worth of use. The new cylinder the club ordered will now not fit the worn thread on the pistol. It l...

Hi, I did a full restoration on three 300s rifles. The details are here :- http://www.cones-stuff.co.uk/Feinwerkbau%20300s.htm I used a chemical stripper to remove the varnish. Then the wood was steamed and sanded to remove the majority of the marks. I left a few of the deepest scars as it would hav...

It is as has been already stated the piston buffer, it needs replacing. I would also replace the seal and the small plastic button below it as well. I have written a complete guide on the thread below. http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread.php?484521-Inside-the-Feinwerkbau-Model-65 Strip guide here ht...

The extract from the manual. http://i699.photobucket.com/albums/vv357/cones_stuff/Feinwerkbau%20100%20Strip%20Down/RikaTargetChanger007Large.jpg So it was always intended to be able to shoot at 492 fps. I have to admit that at the higher velocity setting (500+) it is not as smooth to shoot with. HTH...

I also have a FWB 103 and this has the same pump piston setup. Here :- http://www.cones-stuff.co.uk/Feinwerkbau%20Model%20103.htm That shoots at 520 fps. I suspect if the 100 is only doing 400 fps it needs either new seals fitting or the pump piston needs lubricating with Feinwerkbau special grease ...

Hi, I have just bought a second hand one. The factory velocity setting from the manual states it should be 150 m/sec or 492 fps. I did a bit of a strip down guide in my thread here. http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread.php?520016-Inside-the-Feinwerkbau-Model-100 With new seals it will go to around 52...

Hi, I have used the following people before with good results. http://www.intershoot.co.uk/ and https://www.schiesssport-buinger.de/ About the same cost. But from a U.K. dealer you have to have it sent to your RFD at extra cost. From Germany you can have it sent to your house in the U.K with no issu...

An electronic trigger uses a microswitch to trigger the sear release via a solenoid. It has the advantage of constant pressure over a mechanical trigger. When the shot breaks the electronic trigger does not suddenly change pull weight. It stays the same. So some people prefer the feel over the mecha...

I've used a Combro to check mine. http://www.chronoscopes.com/ It does need a little work to get it to fit on a Steyr LP10 though. I've also used an Gama Master from these people http://www.shootingchrony.com/ but it takes more setting up and is very fussy of lighting levels. In the U.K. we can also...
