A person cannot legally import a firearm into the USA . A FFL with Importer License is needed to get guns into the country.
Even if a european selling is willing to ship to the USA, a legally authorized firearms imported is needed to get the gun into the country.

German Korth Target Revolver ???
Im looking at getting a German made Korth revolver for target shooting, and for sport. Im thinking of a 22 LR target model for shooting paper/targets, and a 357 mag for sport/ personal protection. Can anyone give me feedback and/or information of these guns. I know Korth have a good reputation for q...

Re: Convert Morini CM22M from steel to aluminum?
Is it possible to change the shroud on this pistol? And if so, does it take a rocket scientist to do so? TIA Stan It make make more sense to sell your "steel" gun and buy an aluminum one. The problem however may be selling your steel Morini. I was talking to a few importers and was told t...

Re: Grunig & Elmiger, 300 free rifle value?
I would like to know the value of a Grunig & Elmiger 300 meter free rifle? This rifle belonged to a shooting buddy of mine that has passed on and I am selling his firearms collection for his widow. Here is what I know about it and a few pictures. I have more pictures if needed. Any help would b...

I bought a Hammerli 50mm rifle in 1971 so I'm familiar with the rifles that they marketed in that era. There were two .22s. The less expensive was one with a Walther action and Hammerli stock and buttplate/hook. I don't know whether the barrel was Walther or Hammerli. The more expensive model had a...

I've just checked the manual, the pictures of the 506 bolt, action, and rearsight appear to be identical to the Walther, only the stock is obviously different. As for the barrel markings, there would seem to be three explanations; 1 Hammerli bought unstamped unfinished barreled actions and then mar...

I have a manual for a 506. Unlike the older 1950s(?) 503/504 and the OLympia I don't think the 506 was actually designed or made by Hammerli. I think it's actually a Walther KKM barrel/bolt/trigger and sights in a Hammerli stock. The photos I have show the barrel, action, and sights to be almost id...

The 208 has a nicer (and therefore more expensive) finish, and that is all the difference there is between the 208 and the 215. The 209 was a rapid fire version of the 208 in .22 short and is therefore not legal anymore for anything. The 210 is a derivative of the 209 with another grip. The 211 is ...

Another Hammerli 208/208S Question....
I have been researching the differences between the Hammerli 208 and 208S, as well as looking at the 209, 210, 211,212,215..... So far my take on these guns is that the original 208, and 208S are actually the better guns with more care and workmanship/craftsmanship involved it their construction.......

Hammerli 208 vs 208S......
What are the differences between the Hammerli 208 and the 208S ??? When looking at a Hammerli 208/208S, how do you tell the difference? Are they marked 208 and/or 208S?? I ask because Im looking at getting a 208S, and I want to be sure I dont buy a 208 by accident, and I also what to know how to tel...

How would a SIG-Hammerli P 240 set up with 22 LR caliber compare to a Hammerli 208s that is of course a 22 LR pistol itself ????? Im interested in how these 2 guns compare in built quality and level of craftsmanship of the gun, as well as how they compare in performance shooting 22 LR only. I know t...

Re: The Hämmerli FP60 is still in production for sure
Carl-Walther have updated the product pages for the Hämmerli FP60. Now in black colour instead of blue metallic, Morini grip and with a new compensator design. This probably shows that this product will stay in the lineup for sure. http://www.carl-walther.de/images/products/zoom/2741522.jpg http://...
