High Standard Pistolsmith needed
Hi
Anyone knows of a High Standard Pistol Smith in the Northeast portion of the USA. I would prefer eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware area.
High Standard Victor broke, needs a rebuild along with magazine fitting.

Use of the Palm Rest
I am getting back into Smallbore 3-P after a long absence. I am looking for some techniques for the use of the rest with the Z-Plate on an older 1413. Come on you target rifle shooters, give some advice on the techniques that you use.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
