I went through the same thing, wanted a rifle to start with and upgrade as I went along. Which I did. I went with a CM-2... I just happen to have a thing for the russian rifles. It shoots very well. I am very happy with it. But I have the time in the winter to tinker and tips to supply the funds. He...

Parts
I have a project biathlon/squirrel rifle I've been working on for about 6 months now. And have made a few parts for it from aluminum. I am a novice machinist only by the fact that I had to make a trigger guard for this project. That took forever... well over a weeks worth of work to get it right. Be...

Looks like I lucked out with them, I picked up a sling, handstop and bipod from them about a year ago or so. It took about a month for shipping and when it arrived it had the wrong sling in the box, it seems they were out of what I ordered and shipped the next lowest in the line... Had to ship it ba...

CM-2
Hi, Welcome to the forum. I own a new CM-2 purchased from Mac Tilton. I wanted a target rifle that wouldn't break the bank, and I own a Russian shot gun that won't win a beauty pagent but shoots very well. So, I had some faith in the russians and decided that I would like a CM-2. It shoots much bett...

Butt Plate Length Adjustment
Hi everyone, I was hoping you could help me with some information. I realize that there is no standard answer to this question but was hoping to get a general idea. I'm installing an adjustable butt plate on my rifle and have just started shooting 3p, but haven't shot kneeling yet. From what I've re...

CM-2
UKRBOND, I bought a new CM-2 from Mac Tilton and am happy with the way it shoots. It shoots much better than I do at the moment. But, one thing to know about the russian rifles is that they use non standard sizes for their accessories. While this may seem a fairly small thing it can be somewhat frus...

CM-2
I picked up an Ishmash CM-2 as a starter rifle for shooting small bore. I'm pretty pleased with it's accuracy so far (it shoots alot straighter than I'm capable of). The only disadvantages so far is that those pesky russians are not in tune with the standards of the rest of the target shooting world...
