same size hand as me I have a 162 with a medium grip with hindsight I would have gone for the next one down. although I dont know how significant the step down is, but I would prefer this grip to be a bit smaller. Then I wouldnt have to adjust the shelf as far up (if at all) not a big issue though, ...

just wanted to add that the hole/screw I am pointing at in the photo looks empty or crewed in a lot.
On my mates pistol that has stopped firing consistently there is a grub screw protruding from this hole about 1 mm.
