Got a question, how much does the red dot affect scores? I bought a ruger mark iii target with a BSA red dot a few years ago used. My average has slowly climbed to the high 260's. I don't have the money to upgrade the pistol, I have already put the volquartsen trigger in. Would upgrading the red dot...

Thanks for the info, I think I'll start a notebook, keep track of scores and some details about what I did wrong and right. Is keeping group sizes too much?

Been shooting bullseye (.22) for a few years and just took an army marksmanship clinic. Wondering what you guys keep track of in terms of practice, matches, scores, etc. If so do you use excel, notebook ?

I have just got into indoor 50 ft pistol shooting in a league and everyone has a box as you guys mentioned to attach their spotting scopes, my questions is where do you get one of those boxes?
