Re: Need help Walther KK300 sights
Most of the commonly available rear sights, other than for Feinwerkbau, will work. The front sight dovetail is Walther specific and only a Walther specific sight will fit.
I will send you a PM with details on some things that I have available.

I don’t know which manufacturer they use but the diameter used is listed on the test target card included with the gun.

Re: SCATT help
Sounds like it should work, try additional light directly on the target, I use a 500watt led work light positioned about 3feet from and aimed directly on the target.
Even though I have good general lighting, I get similar results if I don’t have the work light on.

Re: SCATT help
In addition to the operating software, have you also downloaded the drivers from the Scatt website?
Also, the trigger sensitivity setting is counter intuitive, reducing the percentage increases the sensitivity.

Re: SCATT help
What are you using for the aiming point?
What do you have for lighting on the aiming point?
Do you see the target in preview mode and if yes, how does it look?

Re: Problem with SCATT being Off-Call
A better description of the environment than you are operating in would be helpful to know. Assuming that both units are IR based, not camera type, any reflective surfaces such as polished floor between the sensor and target? What type of heating system, forced hot air/ typical range ventilation? Mi...

Re: Which Globe
Michael, The “grooved barrel” dovetail generally will not fit correctly on the dovetails that are either machined into or screwed onto the common American barrel band type front sight mount. In the Centra product line, the fitment designation that you should choose is “match 54”. This will have a ba...

Re: the dominance of Capapie shooting suits
In recent years Capapie has almost become the only thing that top shooters wear. What makes their products preferred over traditional brands like KT and Sauer? The same thing that has historically led to this, some manufacturer introduces something that gives an advantage in performance and everyon...

Re: International firearm purchase question
I recently did this though from a shop in Germany. It was not inexpensive. At the time, 2 shops in the UK had the rifle but both said that they needed a license that they did not have so could not do it. You will need to have a US based Importer bring it into the US. I will PM you the one that I used.

Re: Wind Flag Chart
If you are looking for something similar to the charts that are common in hipower that tell you how much a given flag condition/wind speed will move the bullet, I don't think I have seen that. Smallbore wind charts are pretty generic, just giving you the direction that a wind flag condition will mov...

Re: Smallbore FWB vs Ans vs Walther
KBean, I will start with, what size is your daughter? This aspect is the greatest determining factor in selecting a rifle. While all of the current manufacturers produce rifles capable of the accuracy needed, 3p is not a sport of how accurate the rifle is, it is a sport of how accurately the athlete...
