I did a thread in a similar thought. It was a while ago... but here's a few home ranges (mine included):

One of the ranges is in a PowerPoint document

A super cool dude, shooting for the US National Team gave me an important reminder. Our brains can only think of one thing at a time. If you're thinking about being nervous, you're not thinking about your shot process. If you're thinking about your shot process, you can't think about being nervous. ...

Bob's My Baker - Passed Away

I don't know if anyone was aware. I heard from a fellow shooter that lived close by him, but a guest who posted a couple times as "Bob's My Baker" passed away a few months ago. I didn't know him, it was sad to hear none-the-less. Even more unfortunate, I understand his death was caused by ...

Match & Membership Software?

It looks like I'm going to be more involved with some elements of our monthly ISSF and NRA competitions. I used to do some web-based software dev, but it's not something I really enjoy doing any longer. As I've looked around, I've seen web-based membership software and I've seen older stand-alone ma...

The key to this type of project is with the Steyr LP-1 CO2->CA conversion kit they sold. That kit includes air cylinders and a new pressure regulator to manage 3000 PSI vs 850 from CO2. I did a Tau200 conversion... since it's a pretty inexpensive rifle and I was converting it into more of a field ri...

How about using it to do a Form 1 (NFA) suppressor/silencer build with it?

Robert Charles Fo... - Pistol Shooter from Florida?

Even though I'm sidelined waiting for an elbow to heal, I couldn't pass up a great deal on a TOZ 35 at the local gun store. I was talking to one of the guys about Air Pistol and Olympic shooting and he said... "I have something that might interest you". He brought out a clean TOZ 35 in the...

Ahhhh! Michael, Randy... two of my favorite AP shooting comrades. Michael, I didn't know you were dealing with elbow issues as well. You know I finished up 11 weeks of PT on my elbow right before WAG. I managed to shoot at WAG (after not shooting for 3 months) with mediocre (even for me) results. Bu...

Oz didn't mention what "These" were, or where to find them... Thanks Brian! Yes... I forgot a key piece of information, didn't I. Gold Medal is the US importer for Krueger targets (krueger-targets.com) and at the time I bought 'em, Gold Medal didn't didn't have them in stock, so I went di...

If you keep 'em in the black, try these. They are great. Many say that these are better than the Edelmann. I don't have enough experience to to compare, all I know is that it's a breeze scoring 10 shots all inside the 9 ring. http://aaronoz.com/images/3015.jpg They slide into a holder, or you can ta...

Rover, do you think you'll ever attend WAG? There are a couple guys from the Phoenix/Tucson area who know you pretty well. But they wouldn't give me any kind of scoop on you. They said I have to go to Phoenix and shoot a PTO to meet you. I'm guessin' that you're in a witness protection program. Oz

My range in my cellar can be 50 - 60 degrees faranheit in the winter months. Will there be any issus using co2 at these temps? You should probably keep the cylinder a consistent temperature somehow. I stole this from Mac1airgun.com he knows a lot about the properties of CO2/CA. This is ONLY in rega...

The TAU200 uses a dovetail for the peep sight. A scope will mount right up. They are pretty popular as field rifles once converted to compressed air since they are very accurate and can get some good FPE's. It seems that a 10m target rifle can more easily be adapted to a field rifle than a field rif...

A light option is a TAU-200 Junior with the RESIN stock. The resin stock is much lighter than the wood stock. However, the lighter stock moves the center of gravity forward. I prefer the center of gravity of with the wood stock. w/o the muzzle weight and sights, my resin stocked TAU-200 jr is 6.4 p...

Isn't this the gun that CZ developed into the model CZ200 PCP which is also sold as the Air Arms S200? It is the very same. Quite a competent rifle. I'm going to use it at our next PTO. It's really quite fun. (This coming from a pistol guy of course.) The nice thing about "paintball" HPA ...
