What I am looking for is an insert that goes in factory pellet tin that has a radius bottom like the puck

Who makes the plastic/nylon insert for a standard pellet tin that eliminates the square inside corner? It contours the bottom much like the MEC Puck.

I have seen them advertised, but now that I want to buy one, I cant find it.
