I have a Clark custom Ruger MKII that is new, I ordered it with the most complete package they offered back then. Its an older, and I think, better gun than the newer builds. Mr Clark himself worked on it. Even has the Clark grips that feel more like 1911 to make an easier transition between guns in...

Mike .... I understand the excuses that Cadet Command used to remove smallbore programs. I'm specifically interested in what reasons a school that has both, only allows JROTC cadets to shoot air, and allows all students to shoot smallbore. Is this something with the school, the JROTC program, numbe...

Before you seriously consider this, look at how many shots are being fired with the CROSMANs .... In what I've seen, in 3x20 matches, the shooters are electing to fill after standing to make sure they have enough gas to fire kneeling. Since I do not have any of these rifles (we're about 90% 888/887...

Question about the Crosman 2009 hand pump?
I want to add this rifle for my team, we currently shoot Co2, How hard of a process is it to fill with the crosman hand pump? We went to several matched that didnt have CO2 on site. Is the hand pump practical and efficient?

Not really sure what all the confusion is about. I am an AFJROTC SASI, we have a JROTC air rifle team--not funded by the school. The school also has a JV/Varsity smallbore rifle team, that I happen to be the coach of as well. JROTC air rifle is for JROTC cadets (self explanatory), the schools sb rif...

Re: Smallbore on a budget for a junior shooter
My daughter is 14 is in her first year of shooting. She really enjoys it and I would like to find a smallbore that she can start with but I am on a budget. The investment in other gear for her air rifle and the gun has burned up my reserves but looking for ideas to keep my eyes open for in cse the ...

Need advice for testing amo
I recently aquired new anschutz rifles for my team. I want to test several lots of ammo in each rifle. I'd like some advice on what type of vice to use--or, what methods folks use. I use a ransom rest for pistol, but whats out there for rifles??? I want to eliminate any human variables.

Does anyone know the going rate of a Scatt training system? I'm going to check with centershot Monday, but it would be helpful to get a ballpark figure.

Stocks, sloped vs non-sloped
For PRONE ONLY, are there any advantages or disadvantages with a sloped wood stock like the 1907 wood stock? My son has shot that style for the past year, but we are looking to upgrade rifles and making this selection is proving difficult. I hear teh aluminum stocks with the straight shallow forarms...
