Re: Anschutz 2013 New Barrel Install

Follow the factory instructions, do not forget to tighten the set screw first, and when done, test at the range. If you cannot make things work, talk with Lilja. They have been exceptionally gracious and prompt with me and I cannot adequately thank them for their help. The resulting rifle is a joy....

Re: Sius target problem

We resently bought a single 10 meter Sius target. The programs locks up after about 20 shots. We can sometimes keep it running by often clicking mouse on task bar. We have tried it on two different computers of different age and power with same results. Sius gives us the "I don't know, we neve...

USA ISSF World Cup 2016 Selection

ISSF World Cup
Bangkok, THA
1 Mar - 9 Mar 2016

Does anyone know how the USA is selecting the team for the first 2016 WC in Bangkok?

I thing that WAG 2015 would be used for the Air athletes but what about for SB?

Thanks,

FrogLube

My dad has started using this non-petroleum based CLP on some of his pistols.

Has anyone tried using this on an Olympic style Smallbore or Air Rifle?

Thanks,

I am looking at getting a spirit level for prone & 3x20, and was wondering if there were any disadvantages or advantages to the different types. Below are the four types I have come across while looking online. Centra 18mm Spirit Level "Crystal" http://www.champchoice.com/store/Main.as...

PAIN!!!

I have been shooting for ~5yrs and have always had intense pain when in kneeling. I shot in NCAA for 3.5yrs and in that time my right leg did not hurt about 5 times in that time. Stretching does help a lot if you are feeling pain in your quad and hamstrings, but my pain was more in my ankle. Send me...

Because I am a fulltime grad student and have 2 jobs I don't have enough time to spend 2hr+ on the range practicing 2+ times a week. So I have decided to improve my physical conditioning and mental focus. I am attempting to workout 3-4times a week cardio and weights (focus on endurance). I am also g...

Eric,

I am currently in Grad school in NM, which is a 24hr drive. If I was at home in NC I would just drive.

USASNC flying with 2 rifles in one case

I am planning on shooting both air and SB at USAS Nationals this year and am considering flying with my air and SB in a Pelican 1700 (short) case. If I take the actions out of the stocks and take grips/check pieces off I can fit both with ~0.5in around everything. I am using the short 1700 case beca...

I know a lot of shooters/other athletes that graduate in 3-4yrs with their undergrad and either go to grad school at their current school or transfer to another school with their sport and grad program to finish their NCAA eligibility. I shot for 3ys on a top 20 NCAA team and only shot sectionals 3 ...

Abi,

I am not saying to put age limits on everything. I think the NRA should allow grad student the opportunity to compete if they have not exceeded the 5yr maximum.

Shooting organizations against advanced students

CMP I started shooting later than most, in my junior year of HS (I was only 16 because I skipped a grade). Then graduated from HS at 17 and was no longer able to compete in CMP junior matches but others that had to repeat a grade get to compete till their 19. NRA/USA Shooting I whet at a 4 year univ...
