Re: GSP vs GSP Expert

That does help. A good used GSP 32 plus a Wilson barrel will work and not break the bank.

Thanks Bill.

GSP vs GSP Expert

Anyone have enough experience with these Walther GSPs to say the Expert is the better choice between the two? Also the same question on the 32.

Spaceball, I experimented with the 32 S&W in a Benelli with a 10" twist barrel chambered for the short round. I tried some 80 to 100 gr rn lead bullets and some swc bullets as well. In the end I decided there was no advantage when compared to a wc in a 32 S&W L chambered 10" twist ...

I'm beginning to think 60 gr jacketed bullets at 950 or so is the only reason 32 acp works at 50 yds. I asked Pardini USA what differences there were between the 32 S&W L and 32 acp and twist was NOT one. That was surprising to me and don't know it is still true. It would be interesting to try t...

I had the very same problem with the Benelli 32. My failures increased to almost one every 5 rds. The cure was a new recoil spring AND reducing the powder charge. In my pistol the velocity with 98 gr bullets needed to stay under 750 fps or I would get jams. This approach also worked for two other Be...

TOZ35M trigger adjustment

I would like to raise the trigger pull on my TOZ35M to 400-500 gm. Is this feasible? (I have turned the screw in front of the trigger guard and the pull weight goes up but it seems the cocking effort goes up as well. I'm afraid I will bend or break the cocking lever.) Anyone have a suggestion or sou...

LP50 or FWB58

Need some input here. I'm thinking of getting a LP50 or FWB58. There seems to be a strong preference for the Steyr in the single shot world. Is this the case for repeaters as well? Is the LP50E better than the LP50 or just different? I have fired a few shots with a LP5 and a newer LP10 and in this c...

Larry's Guns

I have had no problems. I have purchased 5 pistols (so far), parts, and one repair and everything was fine. I think this forum is the place to get answers to questions about the pros and cons of this vs that. Make a decision, then place your order with whoever can deliver the best deal for you. The ...

Benelli 32

I agree completely with Dunski. My Benelli was a real Jekyl and Hyde, 1" or less with a couple of loads and awful with most others. No longer the case. Now I have a barrel from David Wilson and all loads are good, some are excellent, and it doesn't seem to matter what bullet I use.

Hammerli 280 vs SP20

I am in the market for a .22 standard pistol. I want a Hammerli, but don't like the grip angle of the 208/215 models. It seems the same as a S&W 41. From time to time I see 280s for sale used and SP20s are still in production (I think). I'm leaning toward a 280, but am wondering why the pistol w...

Trigger adjustment on LP 300XT

What does the adjustment called "trigger power" mean? I think I understand the other adjustments, trigger pull, slack, stop, and sear engagement. The manual just says "anti-clockwise to increase the power and clockwise to reduce it". Is this a velocity adjustment? I'm new to air ...
