They don't send teams for non-Olympic events. No team - no selection.

I believe that the PL-15 is the an incorrect target. The PL-14 fits the ratio of ten ring diameter to distance when compared to the NRA targets listed in the match rules.
It doesn't really matter much to me but you might want to check it yourself before you decide.

To the OP's defense - I would guess he fired 3 shots per bull on four bull targets. So since he fired 12 shot strings he didn't think about 10 shot strings. Not bad math just inexperience.
