Re: Scuba tank setup for air pistol cylinder refills
I have owned both 200 and 300 bar cylinders and preferred the 300. You have to watch closely when transferring from the 300 to a 200 AP cylinder to ensure not going over pressure but apart from that it lasts much longer. The threads are the same on both, however the thread is about 5-6 mm longer on ...

Re: Miracle Cure for Fussy Benelli .22's!
The .32 spring length I mentioned was from a well used spring that had shortened to 100 mm after repeated use. However I used the same number of coils from the new spring and it was obviously longer. However the result was the same. I purchased the pistol new in 2012 and had similar intermittent pro...

Re: Miracle Cure for Fussy Benelli .22's!
The .32 srs is the same length and diameter as the .22 srs. 100 mm. and 5.2 in diameter with the exception that the wire diameter is 0.8 mm. I ordered a length of 0.8 mm x 5.2 from China, cut 55 coils and installed it. Not a hint of a problem in 500 rounds Sometimes problems can be more simple than ...

Re: Miracle Cure for Fussy Benelli .22's!
I found that using the standard spring ( 0.6 mm. ) the pistol would not correctly feed, and even damage the brass and lead resulting in an unwanted malfunction. Buying new replacement springs improved the situation however it would still have the same problem with approximately one in twenty shots. ...

Re: Miracle Cure for Fussy Benelli .22's!
I resolved my feeding problems by changing the slide return spring from the original which uses 0.6 mm.wire to one made from 0.8 diameter wire.
Amazing transformation.

Re: Thoughts on reforming RF
I set up our timers for 10 seconds, eight seconds and six seconds rather than 8,6 and 4.
It transformed the event for non olympic shooters in a very positive way.
It suddenly became very enjoyable and lost its soul destroying trait.

Re: Matchguns mg2 parts for old model
Never should any material be removed from the secondary release levers upper end !
My suggestion is to freshen up the sear face which is acceptable and beneficial if wear has taken place.

Re: Matchguns mg2 parts for old model
I had a similar vintage MG2 and was able to resurface the sear face on the secondary release lever using a dremel. It worked perfectly however only attempt this if you feel confident and have the right equipment. John Moore of Euroarms suggested it be done like this, and the advice proved to be good...

Re: FAS 6007: FTF due to weak hammer spring?
How did slide return springs get into the conversation. I went back and the OP said that several bullets wouldn’t fire not that they failed to load. If the hammer spring is changed your problem of rounds not firing will go away. It is a daunting task disassembling the trigger box however it transfor...

Re: FAS 6007: FTF due to weak hammer spring?
Had the same problem with my 602….change the hammer spring and forget the rest.
I think I used a Wolff s@w hammer return spring…about 15 lbs or more.
Spring length should be 31 mm.

Re: Mg2
Hello GWhite and others having trouble with their MG2’s. I found after exhaustive testing as GWhite is going through that every MG2 I had owned worked flawlessly when I replaced the standard RF minimalist slide with one from the original standard MG2 pistols. They were much heavier and allowed my pi...
