Friends,
With your help, I found a mail drop (the plane's parking lot, an FBO in the airport that will hold mail and parcels for the plane's crew) and that Ohio is not so far from NJ freightwise.
So Champion Shooters is sending the pellets and a shaker box.
Thanks all for the help.

Thanks for the kind offer, but the distance would spoil it. Not that I would not enjoy driving in the Canadian spring. Been there years ago, in September.Richard H wrote:Are you only going to NYC while in the States? I gladly part with a sleeve or two, but unfortunately I'm up here in Canada.
Very nice place.

Jacques, I have shipped packages to myself c/o a specific Fedex Kinkos store, for pickup by myself. For example, I have shipped my air pistol in this manner to Colorado rather than taking it on an aircraft. So, if you buy pellets from, say, Pilkingtons to be shipped via Fedex to a specific Fedex Kin...

Right you are, Richard. the problem is that I cannot mail it into Brazil: Some people tried to import directly, paying levvies et al. The first thing, since it came from a munitions factory, customs called in the army. Took some 2 months for someone to come by and affirm that this is not controlled ...

the weight is the problem
The difference is fantastic! Gotta take any claims from the manufacturer/seller with a grain of salt though. The group show difference between with/without the compensator. I wouldn't be surprized if when compared with stock compensator there would be no statistically significant difference. P.S. S...

Thanks!
So we're not alone in our problems here in Brazil with guns & etc! So much for my praised precison in writing...Right you are: can't buy in NY! In fact, my brother "drives" a $50 million plane for his boss, and normally they fly into NJ, so now I have another question: Where can I buy ...

Am I missing something?
Some days ago I posted an enquiry about a place to buy pellets over the counter in NYC, since I'll spend 2 days there. Also sent an e-mail to a fellow shooter located in NY. No answers to any of them!!! If someone posts ANY question about shooting in Brazil, you can bet that at least I would post so...

did you see the grouppings?
No one mentioned the difference in the groupping of the shots!. The difference is fantastic!
and no mention either on the weight of the thing: 138g. At the end of a long barrel, this will destroy the pistol's balance.

Old RWS
This box of high vel, jacqueted ammo is nearly 25 yrs old. Some time ago I found this last one in the back of a drawer. About 5 yrs ago tried some on an old .22 Marlin: did not fit the chamber.

i think it is real ironic to hear you guys out there complaining about shooting losing popularity in the US. The US is one of few countries in the world where people are permitted to own guns legally. Whereas, China, Russia and Brazil (?) have much stricter gun control rules, where people caught wi...
