It's either BS or (at best) someone misinterpreting the rules, which specify a 153mm barrel length with a 220mm sight radius. These are maximum values, although not stated explicitly in the table in 8.16.0. The diagram in 8.17.0 does clarify that the sight radius maximum is 220mm, though. In any cas...

Ron has this pretty much covered. I'm assuming the shooter has indicated to the R.O. that the shot has discharged. Any firing of the shot is pretty much a non-allowable malfunction and would be counted as a miss. Whether the shooter would be allowed to continue (on safety grounds) would be a matter ...

I had a look at the Champions Choice store. I must say that their own-brand jackets are exceptionally good value! The Gehmann range, which they also stock, would be measured in European units, so an equivalent jacket to 39"-40" would be marked 50 on the label inside. Have you called the st...

I wonder if your jacket is a European size? I would wear a 40 - 42 inch normal suit jacket, but my shooting jacket is sized 50 as it was made in continental Europe and they measure things differently there! We are mostly metricated here in Ireland, but clothing is usually measured in inches for the ...

Just to be clear: There is no 2013 stock as such. There is a barreled action 2013 with four bedding bolts which fits into the 2313 stock which is specifically made for it. If you do end up using a 2313 stock, then you need an adapter plate for the older barrels 1813/1913, which requires four bolts f...

Hi BartP, As the previous poster said - no adapter plate is need for the 1813 or 1913 barrel in the 2213 stock. It beds straight in using the two bolts. I have mine torqued to 5 Nm, but others have experimented with up to 7 Nm - your mileage may vary. The 2313 stock, on the other hand, is made for t...

I can't comment on U.S. sites (except for our hosts pilkguns that is! - I found them excellent, but they don't sell gloves, unfortunately). I bought my glove from Miroslav Varga's website - http://www.euroshooting.eu - Sarka will help you by email with any prospective purchase. The Real /euro exchan...

You can ask if the glove is ISSF compliant. ISSF rules for gloves are not particularly onerous: 7.4.7.10 Shooting Gloves 7.4.7.10.1 The total thickness must not exceed 12 mm when measuring front and back materials together at any point other than on seams and joints. 7.4.7.10.2 The glove must not ex...

My hand width is just over 80mm across the knuckles at the base of my fingers and I use a Kurt Thune fingerless glove - medium. It was quite a snug fit when I got it first, but it's just right after about 6-8 months of use. You are correct when you say that you get a glove for your left hand when yo...

I, too, have a zebrawood grip from Dennis. It's for a Walther GSP - see photo attached.

It took about three weeks and I had to do a bit of work with a dremel tool, due to over-tight fit in the frame, but I think the end result is worth it.

I appologise if this has already been covered on another thread, but is there any info on or pics of the conversion of a Walther OSP to be a Standard/Sport pistol. I note that you are logged on a guest - whereabouts are you based? You can pick up 2ndhand GSPs in Europe at a fraction of the probable...

Re: IZH-35M Grip Safety

Follow the directions for setting the trigger found in the Walther KSP200 manual, available at http://www.carl-walther.info/dev2/files/pdf/KSP200_Bed.pdf . You'll have a great trigger and not have to modify anything to disengage the "optional" grip safety. Fantastic! Thanks for that info....

Thanks guys! Jamming the lever forward seemed to do the trick. We may drill and pin for a more long-term (but reversible) fix.
