the 2nd stage pressure is located behind the trigger, and is kind of inaccessible. you need to remove the grip in order to adjust the 2nd stage pressure.

but bear in mind, that you need to have a minimum trigger pressure of 500g for issf events.

well, i must say that it is much easier to load guns such as the lp2, since all you have to do is to drop a pellet into the grove, in the correct orientation, den push it in. but for all its "inconveniences", the lp1/lp10 loading system is, to me, more useful, since you can only load 1 pel...

one thing i observed is that i do not like having a coach deciding for me what i am going to do for every training sessions. to me, i think that having a coach means that i had not only myself answerable to anything, with me having to also account to my coach for any hiccups in training/match. train...

i guess previously i was training under the idea that practice makes perfect. if i can improve during my training/practice sessions, no doubt i would see an improvement in my competitions. but this does not seem to be the case. so in any case, would you prefer frequent training sessions? i was feeli...

training intensity

Hi all, have a question here. was wondering whether which training method is more effective: 1) frequent training lessons, with limited shots (60-80 shots, 5-7 days/week) or 2) Less frequent training lessons, with unlimited shots (1-3 days /week) in the past, i was shooting some 5-6 days a week, and...

trigger shoe replacement on AP

hi here, i was wondering how i can replace my trigger shoe. am stuck with 2 problems. the first: the screw on the existing trigger shoe has its groove worn out, and i can't loosen/tighten the trigger shoe anymore. the second: i wish to replace my lp2 trigger shoe with an lp10 trigger shoe, but i can...

for me, its more of others hitting me. i recall myself shooting beside this beginning in shooting. he was like missing over half his shots. his best attempts were his clipping of the edge of the card. so, halfway through my training session, i felt something hitting my chest, right smack on the area...

how well you will shoot depend largely on your mood for that day. BUT, i believe that instead of simply sitting around to get into the "right mood", you can try to record down during training, the conditions you experienced, after every "good" shot. Also, write down tips which yo...

Lay your hand on a table. Relax. Now move just the trigger finger. What happens? Thanks to all for clarifying my doubts. been having this problem with my gripping for months. but i would like to point out that practicing trigger movement with an empty hand isn't the same as doing dry firing. Most o...

Concerning grip pressure: can you hold your arm and/or hand steady without using great muscule tension? Is it possible to hold the pistol steady with a moderate pressure? Would it be possible to hold the pistol with your strongest fingers, or all the fingers with a firm grip; and allow the do that ...

Gripping

hi all, i had been working on my gripping for the past few weeks. I originally had a tendency to clench at the grip as the match/training progresses. Usually, to stabilise the sights, i exert extra force upon my middle finger, so that my thumb and middle finger are the main force acting upon the gri...

I am sad to see that one of MY personal favorites did not make the "top ten" list. That would be to make sure you "scope" all the other competitors targets to see how well they are doing,,,,how do they do that? how about adding the point about observing the expressions of other ...

the o-ring is slightly stretchable. just try to stretch it slightly to fit it onto the valve.

by the way, i have a question to ask. how often does your o-ring tear? and how much does it cost to have a replacement?

I am down to my last spare o-ring. i think it may not last long.

Tillman: It's been my (very limited, I'm sure) experience that two key problems exist for 95% of the "typical shooters" IPSC, IDPA, Cowboy Action, saturday plinkers, etc. etc. etc. (and still, 50% for the dedicated competition shooters): 1. Trigger control (they just don't get it) and 2. ...

How about "Desire". The best shooter in the world will not perform if he has no desire. So I guess i am saying as my Gran used to say "Were there's a will, there's a way". If someone has the desire he will over come the lack of natural skill's or Coach, and find some other solut...

it is good to do stretching during shooting too. It will help you relax your clenched-up muscles, after staying in a unnatural position for quite some time.
