Varga v. others
I just went thru this myself. Asked team members what they used. I went with Varga from Pilkington. Very happy with choice. No regrets.

45 load
Start at the same 3.8 gr Bullseye. The added weight of the head will make up most of the pressure difference from the lighter head. Been shooting that particular load for 29 years.

Stuyvesant R&G
Stuyvesant Rod & Gun
Dry Harbor Road in Middle Village, Queens
I joined that range in 1972 and shot competition smallbore until 1980.
Nice wide points and good ventilation.
Not a public range, you must join to shoot.

Anybody know how to remove the breech on this lever action rifle. I need to access the chamber. Something scoring the shells as they chamber.

Why does everyone blame the gun? Plan each shot and follow thru on your plan. Rear sight, front sight, trigger = a 10. Be consistent. Pick your spots on the floor and keep your feet in their place.

oxidized pellets
The pellet itself is softer than the barrel. However, the oxidation is somewhat abrasive and will do something to the barrel. Just how bad is not known.

This gun was just released. Did it arrive damaged? Other than that piece, how is the gun? I was going to order one myself.

I have the same issue. The sliding bar will disengage from the slot under the cylinder. The action will jam and you have to push the bar back in place to finish the cycle. Nothing is stripped on my gun. It is a few months old. There is a lot of play in the charging bar under the cylinder. I have not...

38 reloads
2.6 grains of Bullseye will work fine. Why not use 148 gr wadcutters? The cases should work fine. Sometimes the nickel plating will cause the shells to fit a little snug in the cylinder. I just run them thru a sizer without the decapper for a final size. Works great

pellets IZH 46m
Since the 46m is a lower velocity gun, you should use the lightest pellet weight you can find. I believe you can find pellets in the 7grain weight range. You gun will shoot them at about 460ft/sec. Heavier pellets at about 410ft/sec

Has anyone ordered from this company. They are located in Hungary and seem to have very low prices on custom grips for a TOZ 35 $150. Pictures look to good to be true.
