Re: BOOKS: Compare & Contrast Heinz Reinkemeier & Gaby Buhlm

They are different books. Wotr has major sections dedicated to each position. If 3p is your thing, its your book. Air rifle briefly discusses kneeling and prone, but is definitely air rifle centric. Air rifle is newer, with the bulk of the material coming from his coaching experence with Abi. Ways i...

Re: Adding weight to Anschutz air rifle

Shaft collars is an economical way to add weight to barrels and the shafts supporting butt plates and cheekpieces. Since they are available in steel and aluminium its easy to taylor weights to fit. http://www.ruland.com/shaft-collars.asp#about Another easy trick is to cut a piece of steel or aluminu...

Re: New ISSF Fore-end rule

Why not make your own? All you need is two furniture bolts and a piece of wood. Total investment about $3.00 and 20 minutes time. File down the one end of the furniture bolt until it will, slide in the track. Drill two holes in the piece of wood, and affix to rifle. You can get fancy and use mahogan...

Its actually super easy to calculate the value of a click.
Do you by chance have a dial caliper, and a tape measure?

I use android, and would certanly buy this app.
A great way to gauge intrest might be to run a kickstarter.
Targetscan came to android via that route, and is now a fantastic tool.

Re: How to quiet 22 lr rifle, muzzle in box??

The general idea is that if its not mounted to the firearm, then the ATF has no intrest in regulating it. As a suppressor owner, I can say for certain that there is great utility in owning and using such a device. It pains me the see many sanctioning bodies ruling against their use. Further, its bee...

Re: PELLET TEST KITS FOR LOT TESTING

I used the already mentioned 10pt9. They included enough pellets that my test protocol was as follows... 1. 4, 5 shot groups on one target with each lot#. I set the sights to place poi in the yellow about a half an inch from the bull. This allowed me to simply rotate the target 90 degrees between gr...

Sales within missouri, to missouri residents who you do not reasonably believe to be a prohibited person (convicted felon, misdemeanor crimes of domestic violence ect...) can bd conducted face to face, or via mail without involving an ffl. A buyer in another state must recieve the firearm from an ff...

Re: An interesting scope attachment with cell phone

I use a home made phone to scope adapter in smallbore, then use sideshare to throw the image onto a 10" samaung tablet. When shooting air rifle at home, I use the same phone, just placed near the target to throw the image onto my 50" television using a netgear PTV3000. Id love a bright scr...

I went a little bigger for mine... a 60mm ammo can is essentially 3 50 caliber cans high, but otherwise identical dimensions. its large enough to accommodate a ten bull 10 meter target with sighters, the orion target, NRA 50ft smallbore target, or a single 50 meter / 50yd target. Im going to try and...

Re: Any idea on these palm rests?

I have always believed they were one off customs made by Zicheng Hui. If you look carefully at his rifle, you will notice that there is scarcely a part or screw that hasn't been customized.
