I have been having spasms I have been having spasms in my left arm during kneeling and standing. WatherWill- I also use the same style of hold as you do. I recently watched a collage shooter shoot with the fingers down the barrel of the gun, his pinky and index fingers were on the side of the stock, and he was able to shoot pretty decent like that. But that may not work for you. Just experiment...
