Just stumbled across this thread and it's interesting. One of the main issues is that NCAA shooting is pretty much a dead end after college. It's a hobby sport as an adult; there's no money in it. IOC will kill off all smallbore shooting much sooner than most think, and that will leave Air and ( ugh...

Golfshot, what you have there is a BR rifle with a Harrell's tuner fitted with the late J.
