Good to know about air compressor. I cannot afford a good one yet so I fill up my tank at the Scuba dive shop for $7. Like I said, I never notice any oil on those Belleville spring washers in all those airguns I taken apart, so where did the oil go? out the gun barrel?

Hi Pyroman, Thank you for your comments. Those washers when stacked in series become a spring. They are called Belleville spring washers. I have a HW100 air rifle with those washers in the regulator and it never failed, I have the gun since 2004. My FWB P70 rifle regulator has not failed me yet and ...

Here is a picture of my MGH1 Light. As I was posting this picture I was thinking how funny it is that none of my very inexpensive "Made in China" airguns ever failed, but this expensive MGH1failed. I won't be laughing anymore at the "Made in China" airguns again.

Match Guns of Italy finally got back to me and offer to sell me a pressure regulator for 65 euro + 15 euro for shipping. They couldn't tell me if this will solve the problem I have. Still wanting for Match Guns tech support, hopefully they will re-open on May 13. In the mean time, I decided to take my Hammerli Master out and shoot again.

Update: Match Guns email me to say that they are shut down due to COV19 and that I can try to contact them on May 13, 2020.

I increased the Hammer Spring tension. The pistol shoots at 495 fps with 7.0 grain pellet. I check the velocity again the next day and the muzzle velocity dropped down to around 250 fps. What happened?

I have an MGH1 and I have found the velocity changing on it own. I set the velocity to 535 fps and it was very consistent over 15 shots it varied just 2 fps but two weeks later it sounded soft when I shot it. I do notice that the MGH1 pistol doesn't spit out a lot of air like other air pistols. Eve...

I took out the hammer spring and spring guide also came out. They both look brand new. I reinstalled them and put tension screw back in, no change, adjusted the screw, very little change, much more change when I adjusted the air pressure regulator screw.
