Re: Moroni ap
I have several to choose from but if you only have a pistol to fill I would go with a Yong Heng as it is reasonably priced and filling a pistol will only take a minute or less to fill from empty and less to top off so you will get long life from one and the parts to repair if needed are readily avai...

Re: Moroni ap
Sure!! I think you mean (Morini)? If your talking a small compressor that will fill to at least 3000 Lb.and not a garage air compressor, Not a problem!! Just keep an eye on it as it's filling as the small cylinder will fill quickly. J.L.

Re: Morini Cylinder Repair Parts?
Not to change the subject of the thread but I have an early Morini that dose not have the removable cylinder that is LONG expired and was told there is a kit available to change it over to the new type with the gauge, I was even given a part number for the kit by a member here but I can not find a s...

Re: New to 10m (and AP in general)
Hurting Pelican, I'm FAR from a good shooter but the one thing that has helped me the most is not letting the break of the shot be the end of my shot process!! Try to hold the sights on the bull for two or three seconds after the shot breaks better known as (follow through) That has meant more to my...

Re: New set of newbie questions
Just a suggestion, If you have a source of scrap cardboard, get your self a spray can of 3m spray adhesive from your local auto parts store. Then just shoot a very light coat of the glue to a piece of scrap cardboard and stick the targets you have to it. The pellets will then cut very nice round hol...

Re: Rear sight for FWB 700
May I ask what it is that you don't like about the original rear sight? I have the same rifle, Is it the looks or an adjust-ability problem or something else? Just curious!! Thanks in advance J.L.

Re: Beginner questions about 10m airguns
Gary, Thanks for your reply ! I guess my reply was kinda long winded for the point I wanted to relay to the OP, Sorry for that! I'm fine with the rifles I have at the present time as I have four very nice rifles to choose from. I have been shooting the Walther lg300xt for the last few months with pr...

Re: Beginner questions about 10m airguns
Fastskiguy, I'm in about the somewhat same situation that you are looking for information on guns and equipment but I have been into other forms of airgun shooting foe several years now. I got into ten meter shooting in my basement pretty heavy early last year when the pandemic put a stop to many ot...

Promach, His grandson is a member here and can fill you in on everything "Buck Trew's gun shop" It was located in Bentlyville Pa. just south of Pittsburgh about 20 miles. I got my first .22 rifle there in the early 60's It was the place to go for sure!! His grandson Mark is an excellent sh...

Re: Morini 162 I question about fill adaptor
Well I made a thin 27 MM wrench and removed the air fill end of the air tube and removed the fill valve and spring. It had some debris in it so I cleaned everything and reassembled it and it filled fine this time with no leaks. Seems to shoot fine but I'm sure the o-rings should all be changed as yo...

Re: Morini 162 I question about fill adaptor
Hi! Rover, thanks for the reply!! I have a fair amount of o-rings on hand as I work on my other air guns so I put one on that looked like it was a fair fit and I was able to fill the cylinder to 200 bar with no air leaking from any were so I went to bleed the fill line and all of the air drained fro...

Re: Morini 162 I question about fill adaptor
Hi David, Do you sell these parts or can you tell me some one that dose? I would really like to just try putting on a new o-ring on the fill nipple first to see if the rest of the pistol functions as it should before I invest a lot of money in it as I really don't know how much I will use it as I am...

Morini 162 I question about fill adaptor
Hi! all, I purchased a pistol from a friends estate that appears to have been shot VERY little as most of his collection dose. I went to fill the air tube with the supplied fitting and it all leaks out before you can bleed the fill unit. It is not one of the cylinders that you normally remove to fil...
