Aaah yes, they attach it to the rim when they balance the wheels. Whatever they are, I though it interesting that he added so much weight, and so far back with respect to the centre of gravity and feel (barrel weight is also towards the rear). I would have though this would make his pistol "poi...

DIY weights on Steyr — Bremer (USA), Mon. Pentathl (Beijing)

Interesting DIY weights stuck (glued?) to bottom of Bremer's LP10 (looks like an LP10?). Also has an interesting weight that wraps around the cylinder. http://sports.yahoo.com/olympics/beijing/photos/im:urn:newsml:sports.yahoo,getty:20050301:oly,photo,5628b7f813b15175ea4cc41ae3b431ad-getty-81972119j...

Topic is already 3 pages long, but I feel 2 important points were missed: Firstly, as someone not resident in the US (as I'm sure many other forum members) I appreciate the original poster pointing out this online retailer, because there aren't that many in this field. Also most of the products don'...

The one weight is in grams, abbreviated as 'g', so that 0.50g is half a gram. Shooters also use a different unit of measurement, called "grain" and sometimes abbreviate this as "gr". So that the pellet that weighs half a gram, is 7grain. Grain is usefull, because such small weigh...

SAM Arms ( http://www.samarms.ch ) list these electronic triggered MG's for sale on their site. On the left there is a menu option "Electronics trigger"... it doesn't have much info and the pic for the MG1 looks the same as always, but it's called MG1E and they lsit retail as about 1,800 C...
