Chocolate

Does anyone know how CHOCOLATE affects performance? It contains many chemicals in the zanthine group of which caffeine is a member plus many calming, soothing compounds like theobromine. I'm not sure if chocolate contains much if any caffeine. Then their is the light vs dark chocolate to consider. A...

Guest - How do you get your B-12? Are you Vegan or Ovolacto? Do you find that a vegetarian diet helps your hold? I would love to be a full vegan vegetarian but have an occasional steakhouse steak that does not come from an organic farm fed source. So surely it has been injedted with BGH. Anyone know...

Army Skill Ranking vs NRA

Does anyone know how the Army's shooting skill ranking stacks up against the NRA's?
This guy I know, who also shoots air rifle, said in the Army he immediatly shot expert. The guy is a beginner in air rifle and would be lucky to shoot a 270/600. Expert in the NRA would require 480/600.

Supplements

I've found that using a Super-B complex helps the hold. You must choose the B complex vitamin supplement carefully. It must contain at least 100% RDA of C and should also contain Choline as either the inisitol, bitartrate, or preferrably the phosphatide form. The B complex and C are the water soluab...

LG100 vs LG110

Sure liked the look of the LG100 with the yellow and black laminate. Then there is the fine work of Alan Zasadny on the LG100. Does anyone know what the difference(s) is/are between the LG100 and the LG110?

University Budget Concerns

University faculty see their budget numbers in their sleep. Count on this. The real power to getting things done in a University lies with those that make all of the huge donations. Within this group find someone who is interested in guns. This shouldn't be difficult as alot of big money is interest...

How good do you want to be?

Wow, thanks guys, and greetings Canada! Here in the middle of Kansas there isn't much in the way of air rifle supply. Can't find a coach or even an air rifle shooting organization. Have dreams of moving to Colorado Springs to be around the Olympic Training Center. Currently shooting a fairly decent,...

Womans Team

Give this fine idea to the woman's team. Nancy Johnson yeah! I'd buy a copy of that calender. Maybe an international version with that cutie Olena Kostevych, her pistol wouldn't cover much though. She is over 18 right? That is what our sport needs - A beautiful woman's calender.

4 European Air Rifles

Thank you everyone for the posts on this topic. Of the four Olympic grade European air rifles (Feinwerkbau, Steyr, Anschutz, and Walther) I choose the Steyr, mostly due to their advertizing glitz. But now I'm leaning toward the Feinwerkbau after reading all this about the Steyr. If anyone has any in...
