Do you then take it off once you've set the cheek piece?

Centra rear iris mirror....what is it used for?
Wondering what is the Centra mirrored rear aperture used for? Is it meant to get your pupil centered behind the rear sight or something else?

Re: Internal diameter of extension tubes
From many tests and experiments,I can tell you that the minimum diameter of the inner tube should be more than 13mm. Below that, accuracy goes down. All diameters above 13mm gave me the same results. What really matters in my opinion,is the bloop tube weight. I have found out with Dr. Jeffrey Colbe...

Re: Walther KK500 @ NRA prone distances (50Y,50M,100Yards)
I shot this one a couple of months ago with Eley Match (not batch tested, just what my club buys in bulk). The two outside the group I'd like to say were wind but I don't remember much wind that day. Probably less than 500 rounds through it by that point. The rifle is well capable at 100 yards. Nice!

Re: starik tube/tuner
Thanks, Guy. Say, I do have a few questions for you about the system. I do shoot mainly NRA prone, with several stages using a scope. Normally I would take the front sight off while using a scope, or on other rifles, I would put the front sight on a bottom of the barrel 6 o'clock additional mount, t...

Guys, could someone tell me what is the outside diameter of Guy's tube near the exit?
Thanks!

Walther KK500 @ NRA prone distances (50Y,50M,100Yards)
Wondering how this rifle has performed at the longer yardlines? I know it's main function is a 3P rifle for 50M, but curious how it's done at 100 yards vs. other "dedicated" prone rifles...

Re: Turbo V-2 3P Rifle Experience
My name is Nick Mowrer and I just wanted to take a minute here to share a little about my winning experience shooting the newly released Turbo V-2 3P rifle. I took this rifle to the "Firecracker", a NRA Conventional Prone Smallbore competition out at the NRA Whittington Center that's held...

Re: Help picking smallbore for small shooter
My KK500 with 690mm barrel, next to KK500 with 650mm light barrel. Barrel is shorter with a smaller diameter. The whole system is significantly lighter than mine. Currently, I know of only 3 people in the USA with the lightweight version of the KK500. http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t165/champca...
