Re: Repairs
Pilkguns go to the major competitions and has a table/booth and works on guns. I know they were in WV for the Walther Cup and last week at Hillsdale College for Junior Olympics. People have many different brands of rifles and they drop them off for whatever. You didn’t give any type of indication on...

Re: Got my Walther LP500 - but there's a catch
I guess it’s just easier for ISSF to say 10 years across the board than to have different timelines for different air cylinders. To me though if a company like Walther says they stand behind a cylinder for 20 years and have dates marked on the cylinder showing when it was manufactured and the expira...

Re: Got my Walther LP500 - but there's a catch
I don’t think Krale did anything wrong. You ordered a LP500 Expert and that’s what you got. You got the the latest expert Walther is selling. The only place I have seen the change listed is on Carl-walther.com. Everywhere else still shows the carbon fiber with the red tip. When I ordered mine from K...

Re: Rifle rest for offhand stand
Thanks for asking ISSF. If it truly is against their rules I would like to know why? I don’t see how it would be some sort of advantage that would give someone the upper hand. I can’t see any safety issues. I have been on the look out for one of these as when I run across people using them they seem...

Re: Got my Walther LP500 - but there's a catch
You got the Expert model. I got the exact one. Look at the end of the case and the label will say Expert model. The new ones come with 2 aluminum air cylinders instead of one carbon fiber. The red tip is now silver. Look at Carlwalther.com (I think that is the website, going off the top of my head) ...

Re: Walther/Hammerli Air Pistols Gone From US Market?
I also got my LP500 Expert from Krale back in January. Shipping was like $29 and had it in a few days. Just looked and the price is $1661. I paid $1708. Prices change daily based off the strength of the dollar.

Re: Where to buy 10 meter rifle?
Neal Stepp ISS will have whatever you need. I was in there recently and he had just got a bunch of FWB 800X rifles in all sorts of custom colors. Anyone else you would have to special order those rifles and wait. He has them. Of course he has plenty of other rifles too. His website is not much. You ...

Re: FWB 601 question
Contact Walther in Germany for parts. My buddy’s super air had a cracked receiver and they sent him a new one. On accident they first sent him a valve assembly. Kind of a language barrier we were dealing with getting parts. Anschutz didn’t even want to be paid until the parts were in hand and what w...

Re: What to Buy ? Feinwerkbau P8X vs Walther LP 500
Thanks. So the letters are just glued on. I would like to take them off and paint them white but getting them back on straight may be tough. The chrome isn’t too bad so may not be worth my effort. Your paint job looks great. As far as the aluminum cylinders go I am fine with it. I was hoping when I ...

Re: What to Buy ? Feinwerkbau P8X vs Walther LP 500
So how did you remove the LP 500 & Walther from the barrel sleeve? I just got an LP 500 Expert and my lettering is chrome. It looks ok but wish it was lettered in white. On another note the new LP500’s come with two aluminum air cylinders and not one carbon fiber cylinder.

Buy a Wyze camera off amazon for $25-30. They are WiFi but do need power. It shows the pellet strikes in real time. You can pull it up on your iPhone or iPad. Works great.

Re: T200 Conversion to Left Handed
I stand corrected. The old style bolt will not swap to left hand. I am left handed and I converted a CZ200 into a pistol some years back and I had to source the old style bolt. I was thinking it was to be able to switch the bolt to left hand but now I dug the pistol out and tried it it did not work....

Re: T200 Conversion to Left Handed
I may be wrong but I believe the older style bolt, one one the left, can work left handed (see link below). You would need more than the bolt handle but also the bolt. https://rowanengineering.com/lphoto8.htm

Re: Pardini FR22 vs Walther KK500
It’s a great looking rifle and the price right now is very competitive. I like how they did a very good copy of their air rifle (which I own and really like). I considered getting one for my daughter but they are right hand only. I wish they would have been able to come up with an action like the KK...

Re: WEIHRAUCH HW 75
I have a HW75 and it is a very good and accurate pistol. It has a great trigger and sights with nice grips. Is it a modern day 10M PCP pistol like a FWB, Styer, Pardini, Walther, Morini, etc? No it is not but it’s 1/4 the cost. It was not design to compete with those pistols. For a casual shooter th...

Re: Quick tip: Spotting scope home range
The Wyze camera is a WiFi camera though it does need an electrical outlet to plug it into as it is not battery powered. They do sell a battery powered outdoor camera for $20+ more that should work the same but haven’t tried it. Looks like the battery is rechargeable and last 6 months between charges...

I use a $25 WiFi Wyze (sp?) camera off of Amazon and it works great. It works so good I bought more and have them around the house. I just set my iPad up and can see where I hit almost instantaneously.

Re: Rebuilding a FWB600 - lubrication question
FWB has a special grease they sell for this. It’s a little white tube and cost about $15. No doubt you can use something different but that is what FWB says to use.
