Re: Pardini HP 32, ammo talk
This whole thing would be greatly simplified if you would just switch to a .38. The slightly greater recoil is the only down side. They won’t feed in my pardini... Plus, getting a 2 stage trigger and the proper grip angle would be a challenge. Sure wish Pardini would make a single stack 38, 9mm, an...

Re: Pardini HP 32, ammo talk
Please pardon my ignorance. I am very new to reloading and a lot of the technical stuff is confusing. I’m not opposed to spending money because you get what you pay for. However I don’t like wasting money. I want to get set up for reloading for my Pardini but the more I read the more intimidated I ...

Re: Pardini 32 Cal ?
Serious considerations, there…. But, which moron would try to insert a .32 S&W Long cartridge in a .32 S&W (short) chamber? None of my club mates.. And, a high quality firearm should not allow a round to be fired when bolt is not fully closed. I´m kind of intrigued by having a Pardini .32 b...

Re: Walther GSP Expert
I have two Walther GSPs, 22 and 32. Both have been extremely reliable, and accurate. The downside is they are heavy. I use a very light weight dot sight (Burris FF3), but it’s still one of the heaviest target 22s available. If weight is an issue for you, I’d be sure to shoot one before buying. They ...

Re: Pardini 32 Cal ?
I should clarify re: 32ACP in a 32long barrel. It will work. It's not advised because the it would be possible to chamber a 32long cartridge, which will not full chamber. However, it will ignite, blowout the side, and likely cause damage/injury. I have a custom 32ACP barrel for my SP20, but purchase...

Re: Hammerli 280 Ultimate buyers Guide?
I’ve got a 280 in both 32 and 22, it has the screw in the magazine to change barrels. Serial # 70xx. It doesn’t have a safety, and I added a dot sight rail on the 22 barrel which I purchased from Larry’s last fall. I like the 280 a lot, it uses the same magazines and has the same same 2 stage trigge...

Re: Pardini 32 Cal ?
Pardini offers two 32 caliber barrels, 32 ACP and 32 S&W Long. Same barrel, different chamber. 32 ACP will shoot in a 32 long barrel, but not vice versa.

Re: Speer 32 Wadcutters available
$89.95 for 1000 is about 30% higher than what what Dillon and others sell them for. They have gotten pretty popular recently so many suppliers occasionally out of stock, As Dave indicated they measure .3123-,313, but even in the .314 barrels common in Euro 32s they are still pretty accurate at 25y. ...

Re: Grip size comparison between Rink & Morini
Rink offers a couple choices specific to your question, I think. One is the “form” and the other is volume. I have shorter fingers, or Order flat form and less volume. Based on only a couple of comparisons the way I order the Rinks have less volume than the Morini. However, I didn’t order the Morini...

Two Stage Dillon Powder Funnels for 32 Long and ACP
On another forum recently, there were a couple threads re: a new powder thru funnel for loading 32 long and 32 ACP. Rather than just flaring the top of the brass for balancing the bullet, it is a two step process which creates a pocket for the bullets to sit in so that there is no issues with the bu...

Re your issue, is this a new issue, or are you new to the gun, or perhaps reloading. I ask because 32 S&W long reloading can be more challenging than many other calibers. Details that likely wouldn’t matter much for .45, suddenly become much more significant.

I’ve not noticed that on mine. Any chance the dent is from feeding v ejection?
Reloads or factory? Specifics?
I use the CMM brass catcher, works fine for me.

Re: Rink or Nill grips
I tried several custom grip makers, for me the only ones that work are Rink. Thomas Rink is a high level shooter himself which perhaps is the difference? For me, it’s medium size, right hand, flat form, normal volume, 7 degree offset. For my 1911 frames, he makes the back strap 2 mm thinner since I ...

Re: Tell me about your 32acp experience.
I have several pistols in 32 long, which I love. Recently I acquired the 32ACP conversion for my Pardini, I already had the 32 long. I really like the round, not sure yet if I like it better than 32 long, but they are not mutually exclusive. I do have one of Dave Wilson’s barrel on the GSP, the ACP ...

Re: Pardini HP 32, ammo talk
Wondering if anyone can help. Is there a drawing for a custom expander to start the loading process for lead? I have brass, t&b bullets, powder and primers but need to expand the cases to accept the lead bullet. I think the expander fits in a Lee die... I use the two stage powder thru die on my...
